waveGUARD® is an early detection wildfire mitigation system that provides full structure coverage all at once and extends 30 to 40 feet around the perimeter, creating a humidity barrier that works to prevent fire from advancing all in under one minute. This ensures that your entire property receives immediate fire retardant coverage when a wildfire threat is detected.
Other systems: The majority of wildfire sprinkler systems are zone-based, similar to residential irrigation systems. This means they only activate one section at a time, leaving unprotected gaps where embers can ignite. On top of that, a zone system can take an hour or more to cover an entire property, depending on how large the structure is and how long each zone is active.
Most other systems are not active during a wildfire event, instead spraying before a fire arrives but only if someone is available to manually activate the system. If the fire arrives later or changes direction, the protection may already be ineffective.
